Privacy policy

This policy explains how Dabdoobs handles the information you give us when you shop on this website.

What we collect

Only what we need to deliver your order: your name, phone number, delivery address, the products you order and any notes you add. We do not ask for card details — you pay in cash on delivery.

How we use it

To confirm your order with you (by phone or WhatsApp), deliver it, follow up on it and answer your questions. If you log in with your phone number, we also keep your orders and saved addresses so you can reorder easily.

Who we share it with

The delivery company that brings your order, and the service providers that run this website for us. If this store advertises on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) or TikTok, it tells them about visits and orders so it can measure its ads — your phone number only in scrambled (hashed) form, never readable. We do not sell your information.

Cookies

This website uses cookies to keep your cart and your login working and to understand which of our ads bring visitors.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop our marketing messages, contact us through this website. You can also reply STOP to any marketing message on WhatsApp.
