Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed with Dabdoobs on this website.

Orders

When you place an order we contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm it before it is sent. We may cancel an order if a product is no longer available, if we cannot reach you, or if the details look wrong; you pay nothing for a cancelled order.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the website and in the order summary, including the delivery fee for your area. Payment is cash on delivery: you pay the courier the total shown at checkout when you receive your order.

Delivery

The delivery time shown at checkout is an estimate. Please give a phone number you can answer and an address the courier can find.

Returns

Our returns and refunds policy on this website explains what you can return and how.
